鋼鐵雄心4 (或簡稱HOI4) 是由 Paradox Interactive 所開發的戰略模擬遊戲，為 鋼鐵雄心3之續作。 遊戲時間從1936年跨至1948年，聚焦於第二次世界大戰的發展。
Paradox Forums於2014年1月23日正式宣布將推出鋼鐵雄心4，2015年10月開始進行封閉測試，遊戲本體正式於2016年的D日(6月6日)發佈。[1]
