This template contains all opinion modifiers in the base game. It can be used to be automatically insert the appropriate text and modifiers for an opinion modifier.
It's based on the HOI4 opinion template.
Usage
- The following opinion modifiers:

- will produce:
- “拒绝流亡者” （

- Note: To show only the modifier's name (sans effects) add "0" as a second parameter.
